This section is for everyone who uses BiblioViva: it collects the solutions to the most common problems, the meaning of the technical words and the directions for asking for help when the solutions are not enough.
- Common problems: the address that does not open, the camera that does not start, the scanner that types strange characters, the print that is the wrong size, a forgotten password, each with its cause and the steps to take.
- Glossary: the words of BiblioViva and of the installation (copy, call number, card, Tailscale, Docker, volume and the others) explained in plain terms.
- Ask for help: how to write a report on the project's site and what to put in it, without any patron data.
For daily use and for the settings, the other sections of the documentation are the Manual and the Administration; the installation is in the Installation section.
